I am slowing waking up this morning with a normal temperature, no aches or pains, stellar strength and vigor, yet for some reason I still feel sick. Man vs. Tilt

I feel one of the biggest road blocks left on my path to pwning the poker world is recognizing and handling explosively destructive piths of rage; aka tilt. I haven't done quite enough research/study to back up this next statement, but I feel people tilt in two distinctly different ways. There seems to be the snow baller, who bottles up every upset feeling and it slowly builds and builds until the slightest thing can cause a seemingly unfathered catastrophic eruption. And type B seems to be those who can be fine for hours and all it takes is one retarded pot to light the fuse. I find myself to be more of the prior; and as of late I feel I am starting to spot early signs of tilt balls. I think this just stems from being over competitive and just losing one pot (regardless of why) is enough to spark tilty feelings. So to counter this I've begun to spot early signs of tilt and try and take deep breathes and analyze 1) what am I upset about and 2) am I still in a state of mind capable of playing solid poker. It seems to be panning out so far and since Colorado I am on a {nearly alien feeling} upswing.
