The following situation came up in a 540 deep stack tournament at the Venetian today. At 200/400 blinds with 25 ante I raised to 950 with AA in middle position and got called by the small blind. He check raised
my 1300 continuation bet to 3k on a Q83 rainbow board and I smooth called with 3800 behind. The turn was a sexy two and I instacalled his shove. Now here comes the dilemma. After he turns over his cards on the turn he storms off in disgust seeing that he is drawing dead; the only thing is he has me covered by around 3k. The dealer proceeds to ship me his stack and deal the next hand despite my chip disadvantage. At the beginning of the next hand the dealer turns to me and says, "looks like you got lucky there, seems like he had you covered." A girl two to my left replies, "yeah, it looked like he had more chips than you there." Plays continues unabated: what do you do; [slower and more dramatic] what do you do?

Eschewing Ethics
Bad Read
I was playing a 500 satellite the other night for the main event at the WSOP when the following hand came up. At 100 200 blinds the cutoff raised to 1k after a mid pos limp. A grumpy old man on the button looks down at his cards and suspiciously raises to 2k. Folds around to the 1k raiser who thinks for some time and decides to do a stop and go for the old man's remaining 1600 chips on a K83 rainbow flop. The old man man grumbles, "bugrurngbb, I thought you had those kings" and after only few seconds folds AA face up. In awe the stop and goer flips over AQo.

A Seemingly Useless Analogy
The cocky, explosive, and always aggressive Nitro would have to be Glenlivet(12). A classic and solid choice. He has been there from the get go; tried and true.
Balvenie(15) would most definitely be Blaze. This strong, medium aged, and dark mistress is best known for immediately attacking the head. Best enjoyed neat.
Lace(#2) and Macallan(18) go hand in hand. Smooth, sweet, sexy, strong, and aged to perfection. This work of art goes down easy.
Well dude it's like this... the island style, slightly smoky, and undertone fruits of Oban(14) descended directly from the birth canal of none other than Malibu himself. Self promoted as the cool, laid-back surfer, at home on the beach wiener squasher; this tasty beverage is the drink of choice for mother nature herself.
Wise Words from Jon Benjamin
"Punch low always punch low that means below the waist. Get them in the legs, in the crotch; do stuff like that. There is nothing wrong with fighting dirty - that's right. You know why? Cause fighting is wrong so if you gonna fight you're already wrong; might as well fight dirty you're already there, you're already at the party... if I fought somebody I would say hey look and the guy would look and i would hit him - that's a mental game"

If My Blog Was a Soap Opera from the Mid 90's...
I'd make sure that every cast member had a hand in their pocket, a pair of white washed jeans tug on their buttocks, and a smile on their face. Together we can make anything happen! (as long as there are no minorities to screw it all up)
The strategic advantage of minimal surface area would be utilized whenever possible. It is proven historically that dressing similar and keeping close will lead down a path to victory in all walks of life.
(see!)
And sometimes you just have to cut your loses, fold, and move to the WB.
