Normally I am a pretty healthy guy. I eat pretty well and exercise regularly and almost never get sick. Since being in Vegas the past 4 days I have vomited 27 times, 2 bloody noses, fainted once bruising my head and an unexplainable gash on my torso.

I'd suggest getting a vitamin B shot if you can find a doctor who'll give you one.
