One of the better benefits of having a gf is while walking around town you can hold her hand and not have to look where you are going allowing full attention to your iPhone.
You should be able to veto a few things that your income tax can't go to fund (i.e. Iraq war, welfare, catholic church...).
Many people are unfaithful. Many women are beautiful. Maybe Arab culture is on to something with the abaya and the niqāb.

You could always just not pay taxes... there's some risk/reward evaluation that needs to be done, but depending on how serious you are about wanting to decide what your money goes to, it could work.
Arab culture doesn't really have much of anything figured out, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.. it might as well be 1,000 years ago over there. (This is not to say anyone else HAS it figured out.)
